Caroline has always had an overwhelming passion for building brands. She began her career by rebranding charities and, through their terrific success, realized she could use her skillset to have a similar impact on businesses across the world.
She pursued a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Clemson University and then went on to pursue her master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University. A few years and many rebrand projects later, Caroline opened LION Brand Consultancy.
Caroline lives and breathes brands and marketing. She knows the herculean efforts it takes to help a brand succeed, and not only embraces, but cherishes these challenges. She wanted to create an agency that took the time to understand a brand, get to the crux of what it does, and in turn, develop the most powerful and compelling way to help it succeed.
Caroline’s efforts have led her to work with brands such as the American Trucking Association, American University, Twitter, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Washington Redskins, and more. She has guided companies through a multitude of marketing endeavors and is continuing to expand into new ways to help businesses ROAR.
Caroline fiercely champions the brands she works for, acting as if they’re her own, and ensuring they receive nothing but the absolute best from her and her team.

Kristen is a designer and art director with a passion for creating visual and interactive experiences for people through branding. She specializes in designing and developing branding + identity systems and is involved with various touchpoints, including print + digital media, advertising, and web design.
She is a proud Hokie alumni with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication with a minor in Art History.
Kristen runs her own freelance business and partners with LION on branding and design efforts. Prior to working with LION, she worked as an art director and senior designer for CRAFT Media/Digital, a boutique advertising and public relations agency. She gained a wealth of experience leading art direction for client campaigns and new business, while overseeing the creative of other designers, ensuring quality assurance.
